“ Sjøklart ” - "Sea-Ready" cottage plots

"Sea-ready" is inspired by the traditional Norwegian word "Sjøklart", used by fishermen and coastal folk for generations. It describes the moment when everything is is place: the boat is docked, the gear is stored, and you're ready to head out on the water. It's more than just being prepared - it's a feeling of freedom, simplicity, and connection to the sea. 

The property is located between Risnesveien 33 (main farm), extending from the main road down to the sea - and west to Strauman. You can arrive by sea and dock - or you drive via Melandsjø (Fv 381) - about 3 kilometers.

The cottage plots are about 1 acre - all with a sea view. The first ones are now for sale, fully developed and all you need to do to start building is the building application. The location means that there is sun all day long. From the area there is access down to the sea which provides fantastic swimming opportunities for young and old. Crabs crawl in the seaweed and many small animals can be found. The sea, thanks to changing tides, is naturally renewed several times a day - ensuring clean and fresh water. If you want, you can dive for scallops, a real delicacy.

The marina, where the boat ramp follows the plot, takes boats up to 40 feet and is well protected from the weather, and it is designed for easy launching/setting up in the sea directly from the road. A boat hotel is planned for the area.

Further up the main road, there is also a garden plot available if you want to take advantage of the opportunity to grow your own food. The area is sunny and protected from the weather and animals that would like to eat the crops.
